Senate Subcommittee Sets Priorities, Approves FY2016 Labor, HHS, Education Appropriations Bill

The newly released Senate version of the Labor Health and Human Services bill, which funds NIH, would provide the agency with a $2B increase to $32B in funding, while the BRAIN Initiative would get $70M increase for a total of $135M. These increases come at the expense of other agencies in the bill.
