SfN Council
The Society for Neuroscience relies on the active engagement of its members to make its work possible.
SfN is governed through a Council of eight elected councilors and seven to eight officers, including President, President-Elect, Past President, Treasurer, Treasurer-Elect, Past Treasurer, Secretary, and Secretary-Elect (every other year). Councilors are elected for a four-year term. SfN holds an election each year to fill vacating terms.
