Institutional Program Undergraduate Membership and Individual Undergraduate Membership Bundle

2027 Terms and Conditions

1. Bundle Pricing: The bundle price is based on the Institutional Program (IP) Undergraduate Membership and the number of Individual Undergraduate Memberships purchased at the applicable bundled rate. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Membership Codes: SfN will email the IP Member Program Contact one coupon code for each Individual Undergraduate Membership purchased within two (2) weeks of receiving payment. Each code provides one complimentary 2027 Individual Undergraduate Membership, may be used only once, and has no cash value.

3. Eligibility: Individual Undergraduate Memberships are available only to eligible individuals affiliated with the purchasing institution's undergraduate program at the time of purchase. First-time members must meet all applicable membership eligibility and application requirements.

4. Code Distribution: The IP Member Program Contact is responsible for distributing codes to eligible undergraduate students. Codes may not be sold or transferred to ineligible individuals.

5. Code Redemption: It is the responsibility of eligible individual to redeem the code. Eligible individuals must have a My SfN account and complete their membership application or renewal online using their assigned code. All codes must be redeemed by October 27, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. CDT. Unused codes expire after this deadline.

6. Membership Term: All memberships purchased through the bundle expire December 31, 2027, regardless of the purchase or redemption date.

7. Additional Member Benefits: Each Individual Undergraduate Member who joins through the bundle is eligible for:

   • One complimentary registration for the 2027 Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Short Course, subject to availability.
   • A 50% discount on the applicable student registration rate for SfN's 2027 Annual Meeting.

8. Benefit Redemption: Members must register separately for the RCR Short Course and Annual Meeting to receive these benefits. Discounts and complimentary registrations will be applied during the 2027 Annual Meeting registration process. SfN will notify eligible members by email when registration opens. Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be deferred to future years. The bundle does not include a discount or waiver of Annual Meeting abstract submission fees.

9. Unused or Expired Codes: SfN will not provide refunds or credits for unused, unredeemed, lost, or expired coupon codes.
