New Membership Category for Postdocs
SfN is offering a new membership category for those who have obtained a doctoral degree and are working in a postdoctoral trainee program. The regular postdoc category maintain all rights and privileges of regular membership.

New Applicants
New applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Sponsorship by two regular or emeritus active members of the Society (Note: Exceptions apply for applicants in underrepresented countries)
- Submission of a curriculum vitae and bibliography
- Student applications require proof of enrollment in a degree-granting institution of higher education
Online application
Online applications are verified instantaneously. Before applying, ask designated sponsors to e-mail you the following information:
- Brief statements saying they will serve as sponsors
- Membership identification numbers
Cut and paste this information into the application form. A nonrefundable dues payment is required at time of online submission.
Note: Applications MUST include sponsorship information.
Print Applications
A print version (PDF) of the application form is also available.
