New Applicants
New applicants must meet the following criteria:

Sponsorship by two regular or emeritus active members of the Society (Note: Exceptions apply for applicants in underrepresented countries)
Submission of a curriculum vitae and bibliography
Student applications require proof of enrollment in a degree-granting institution of higher education

Online application
Online applications are verified instantaneously. Before applying, ask designated sponsors to e-mail you the following information:

Brief statements saying they will serve as sponsors
Membership identification numbers

Cut and paste this information into the application form. A nonrefundable dues payment is required at time of online submission.

Note: Applications MUST include sponsorship information.

Print Applications
A print version (PDF) of the application form is also available.
