The Society for Neuroscience is hard at work preparing for our 36th annual meeting, Neuroscience 2006. More than 30,000 scientists from around the world will gather Oct. 14-18 in Atlanta to exchange ideas about cutting-edge research on the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system. With a multitude of opportunities for continued learning and professional development in science's fastest growing field, Neuroscience 2006 is not to be missed!

Sessions will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 and will conclude at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18. Morning scientific sessions run from 8 a.m. to noon, Sunday through Wednesday. Afternoon sessions begin at 1 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday. Slide sessions end at 4 p.m. and poster sessions continue until 5 p.m. Exhibits are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday.

The Neuroscience 2006 Web site will be your source for all the info you need to attend the meeting. Information regarding registration, hotel reservations, abstract submission, and programming will be posted in the coming months, so check back often.
