To assist exhibitors in pre-show planning, listed below are forms or links to all exhibitor related services.

General Service Contractor

SfN has selected The Expo Group (TEG) to handle the general contracting services for Neuroscience 2017.

Once again, we will use the TEG Single Source process for exhibitors to order services this year.

One of the benefits of working with TEG is their Single Source business model: Exhibitors can order computers, floral, electrical, audio visual equipment, and all other services using one website. Most services are available through Cyberservices: One website, one password, one payment. No need to download forms or redirect to other websites. Exhibitors experience convenience, consistency, speed, and a fair price with each transaction.

It is SfN’s hope that you will find it easier to order services and manage your budget.

Online Exhibitor Service Manual
The online Exhibitor Service Manual is now available. 

  • Visit the Online Service Center and click on the green ‘Order Services’ button
  • Enter your Show ID and Password:
    • Show ID: 201609003
    • Password: Your Exhibitor ID on your booth confirmation and invoice

Select ‘Order Services’ to start your order     .

Certificate of Insurance
Each exhibitor must provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing Commercial General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
Each exhibitor appointed contractor MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to The Expo Group. Please see Exhibitor Service Manual for I & D COI requirements. Submission deadline: October 9

EAC Certificate of Insurance only: If your insurance broker is providing the required evidence of coverage please forward the certificate to 972-465-1196 or email dtrimble@theexpogroup.com.
