SfN has contracted Convention Data Services (CDS) to process registration. To register by mail, download the registration form (PDF) and demographics form (PDF). If registering by mail, include only annual meeting registration forms and payment in the envelope you send to CDS.

CDS is again processing registration for the Short Courses and Neurobiology of Disease Workshop - registration for these events is online only.

Register for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits when submitting annual meeting registration. You can also register for CME credits at the meeting in the convention center registration area.
