To prevent difficulties registering for the annual meeting and housing, review the below tips:

Clearing Cookies/Emptying Browser Cache
Before you register, make sure to clear the cookies from your browser and empty the browser cache. If you do not do this, you may find yourself redirected to a page other than the registration site when you try to login. 

How to clear cookies and empty your browser cache:

• Internet Explorer: Under "Tools" on the top menu bar, click on "Internet Options." Under the "Browsing History" heading, click "Delete." Click on "Delete files" and "Delete Cookies," then click "Close." Restart Internet Explorer and attempt to login into the submission site again.
• Firefox: Under "Tools" on the top menu bar, click on "Clear Private Data." Select the checkboxes next to "Cookies" and "Cache." Then click "Clear Private Data Now." Restart Firefox and attempt to login to the submission site again.
• Safari: Under "Safari" on the top menu bar, click on "Empty Cache." When you see the pop-up warning message, click on "Empty." Then, also under "Safari" on the top menu bar, click on "Preferences." Click on the lock-shaped "Security" icon. Click the "Show Cookies" button. Click "Remove All" and then click "Done." Exit the preferences screen. Restart Safari and attempt to login to the submission site again.

Don't Refresh Your Browser
While registering, don't refresh your browser, even if the process seems to take unusually long. Web pages may take up to a minute to load. However, if you refresh your browser, you may find yourself closed out of the registration system.
